Strengthening Health Services
Mobile Medical Team
Each year, GBA funds the mobile medical team of the Association pour la Promotion de la Sante Communautaire (A.P.S.C.), which delivers free healthcare to Boghe and surrounding areas: medical consultations, health awareness and education campaigns, and screening for chronic illnesses including HIV, diabetes, and hypertension.
Medical Equipment Donation
In September 2013, the Commune de Boghe received a shipment of medical equipment valued at approximately $20,000, through a partnership between the Commune, the American NGO Project C.U.R.E., and the U.S. expatriate community. The shipment weighed 10,047 kg and contained 886 packages, including X-ray and dialysis machines, dental equipment, wheelchairs, and hospital beds, addressing severe shortages at Boghe's medical center.

Youth & Diaspora Engagement
After the disaster that struck Boghe on September 5, 2017, GBA members and supporters launched a relief campaign. Between September 6 and October 31, 107 individuals contributed $6,872.94, and GBA added $5,000 from its own account. The full $11,872.94 was transferred to the Boghe Crisis Committee.
In 2006, GBA funded the Women's Agricultural Association of Boghe, a local organization empowering women through sustainable farming and income-generating activities. The support helped members invest in farming tools and seeds, improve agricultural productivity, and strengthen food security for local families.
GBA mentors and empowers young people in both the diaspora and Boghe, encouraging community service, leadership, and cultural pride among the next generation.
