GENERAL ASSEMBLY

    

    

The annual membership meeting of this organization will be held on the third Saturday of October each and every year except if that day is a legal holiday, then the Board of Directors will fix the day but it will not be more than two weeks from the date fixed by these bylaws.

    

   The Secretary will notify in writing every member in good standing at his or her address or email address as it appears in the membership roll book in this organization a notice telling the time and place of the annual meeting.

    

   Extraordinary session of the Assembly of this organization may be called by the president when he or she deems it for the best interest of the organization. Notices of the meeting will be mailed to all members at their addresses as they appear in the membership roll book at least Ten(10) days before the scheduled date set for such special meeting. The notice will state the reasons that such meeting has been called, the business to be transacted at the meeting and by whom it was called. At the request of Twenty-five Percent (25%) of the members of the Board of Directors or Ten Percent (10%) of the members of the organization, the president will cause a special meeting to be called but such request must be made in writing at least 10 days before the requested scheduled date.
